First time

New to dodgeball in Kuching?

You may arrive on your own, but you won't stay a stranger for long. The easiest way to feel at home is to step onto the court, share a laugh and enjoy the game together.

The community welcomes you

KDA players naturally talk, encourage and help one another as the games begin. Play alongside the community and the introductions happen along the way.

Two courts, your pace

The social court is for learning, laughing and playing without pressure. We recommend it to beginners, while experienced players are equally welcome when they want a more relaxed night.

RM5 your first time

Half price to try it. Balls, bibs and referees are on us. Just bring court shoes and water.

Two courts, one night

Which court is for you

When registration numbers allow, Social and Competitive games run side by side. We recommend the Social Court for first-timers so you can settle in at a comfortable pace, while experienced players may choose either court. Team and court arrangements may change depending on the final number of players, and the committee will explain any adjustments before play begins.

Social court

Court 1B
Level
Beginners and anyone wanting a relaxed game
Feel
Fundamentals taught as you go, no pressure
Best for
Your first session, casual players, or experienced players who simply want to chill. Helping newer players is welcome, never expected.
First-timer rule
If a regular player catches a first-timer's thrown ball, the first-timer stays in and the catcher is out.

Competitive court

Court 1A
Level
Intermediate to advanced
Feel
High energy, aggressive play, faster throws
Best for
Testing yourself, learning advanced strategy, playing alongside skilled players
Note
The standard six-team format stays in place unless KDA announces a change

Register

Fill this in and you're on the list.
