Partner with KDA to give more people in Kuching the equipment, coaching and opportunities they need to discover the sport and keep improving.

What your support makes possible

Sponsorship supports KDA as a whole association—not only one tournament. It helps us buy and maintain dodgeballs and court equipment, introduce the sport in schools, run dodgeball clinics, improve regular community sessions and create more opportunities for players to grow.

It also helps us host larger competitions responsibly. KDOT 2026 is planned for up to 24 teams and around 240 players, giving Kuching players the chance to compete against a wider field closer to home.

Kuching Dodgeball Open Tournament

150 players across 17 teams from Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. Skatepark took the title over Nutcho. Covered by Sarawak Tribune and The Borneo Post.

Kuching Dodgeball Social League

Two full seasons in one year, run over several weeks each in a mixed three-male, three-female format. Tsuwave took Season 1 and defended the title against Orion in November.

2023

Sarawak Open Dodgeball Tournament

Sarawak's first, co-organised with Curtin Grizzlies DC. More than 200 players from 15 clubs. Covered by DayakDaily.

Dodgeball clinics and weekly drop-ins

Dodgeball clinics held at least once every six months give newcomers a chance to try the sport and help returning players hone their skills. Weekly Tuesday drop-ins have capacity for 48 players.

Past figures are actual. Anything stated for 2026 is a target, not a guarantee.

What support looks like

We welcome cash sponsorship, in-kind support or help with a specific need—from dodgeballs and court equipment to school outreach, clinics, venue costs and community programmes. We build the arrangement around what makes sense for both the sponsor and KDA.

Logo placement and other recognition are provided according to the agreed sponsorship package. Benefits may include digital visibility, programme or venue presence, social media coverage and reporting, depending on the level and form of support.
